Transparency Seal

A Transparency Seal prominently displayed on the main page of a government agency's website certifies that the concerned agency has complied with Section 93 or the Transparency Seal provisions of the General Appropriations Act of FY 2012. The Department of Budget and Management's National Budget Circular 542 issued on August 29, 2012, reiterates compliance to said provisions envisioned to enhance transparency and enforce accountability.
